Making Bags and Purses

After doing my research on making bags and purses, I designed the shape and style I wanted them to be. I measured out the lengths and cut them to fit, then sewed them with the sewing machine inside out so the stitching would show on the inside. After I had done this I turned the bag out the right way and sewed the handles onto the bag.
The process was longer than expected, as I lined all of the bags with material to make them more substantial. This meant more measuring and more cutting out, also making sure the stitches where neat and straight required a lot of practice.
